All orders are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS.

Multiple purchases are combined into single shipments to a single address to reduce shipping and handling fees.

Orders will be shipped 48-72 hours after receipt of valid payment information. Please note that we do not ship orders on Sunday or Holidays.

Unusal sized items require the use of the Shipping Calculator and should you require other options, please contact us.

Insurance is optional, but the buyer takes all responsiblity for lost or damaged packages if not purchased. If you want insurance & eBay is not allowing you to add it during the payment process, please email us BEFORE paying so that we can manually add it to your invoice (most international orders need to be done this way.)

- How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days after receipt of valid payment. We post Feedback when your item is shipped.

- How do I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of payment and shipping of your order. Please allow for adequate shipping time before contacting us. Should you have any questions regarding your order, please email us and be sure to include your name, email address, phone number and auction item number title, method of payment and approximate date sent.

- Do you Combine Shipping?
JumbleXpress combines multiple item purchases to a single shipping address to reduce shipping fees.

- Do you Combine Shipments for NEW orders after earlier payment has been sent?
Generally, NO. We combine multiple items into a single Invoice and calculate shipping fees at Check-Out. Once an Invoice is created, packing and preparation for shipment has begun so it is very difficult to add to an existing order.

- How do I pay for my purchase?
Methods for payment are clearly stated in the Description section within each auction item, as well as on the ABOUT ME eBay page. Also, the Winning Bidder Notification email which is sent after the auction close contains all the instructions you need for payment.

- What address do I send payment to?
You will receive mailing instructions after your payment via PayPal or upon informing us of your alternative payment method.

- Do you accept Personal Checks?
No, personal checks are NOT accepted.

- Who do I make the Money Order and Cashiers Check payable to?
They should be made payable to JumbleXpress.

- Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note that Shipping is based on total weight and actual cost to final destination.

- Why are Shipping Fees more then the item price?
Please note that there are times when the cost for shipping an item can exceed the purchase price. These costs are NOT within our control. We try to reduce shipping whenever possible.
